  Shoes Off: Children must take off their shoes on entry to PLAY.

  No Outside Food or Drink: Please do not bring in your own food or beverages.

  The Café: A full coffee shop is available on site with delicious toddler options.

  Adult Supervision: A caregiver must be present at all times – no drop & go allowed.

  Age Limits: Our space is designed specifically for ages 9 months to 8 years (strictly no over 8's).

  Cashless Venue: For safety and convenience, we only have card facilities available.
• 📅
  Cancellations: Should you tell us 24h prior that you need to cancel your booking, we will gladly keep your "PLAY credit" for your next booking.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

By entering the premises and participating in play sessions, parties, or any activities at Play | Bo, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of indemnity:

• Use at Own Risk: Use of all play equipment and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
• Liability Release: Play | Boutique Toddler Playhouse, its owners, management, staff, and affiliates will not be held fully or partially liable for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or death that may occur to any person or property while on the premises.
• Caregiver Responsibility: Parents, guardians, or childminders are strictly and solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and behavior of the children in their care at all times. Play | Boutique Toddler Playhouse is not a daycare or child-minding facility.
• Personal Property: Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the owner. Management accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
• Right of Admission: Management reserves the right of admission and may request guests to leave the premises if these rules or the safety of others are compromised.
